ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE

We are currently in search of a PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE to help manage our day-to-day office operations. The ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE will be responsible for managing internal business processes and office procedures to keep Highline functioning efficiently. This position will need to work closely with our Managing Partner and with rest of the Highline team to balance priorities and support various projects throughout the year. This role requires a self-starter with impeccable communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in both group and individual settings is a must.

THIS POSITION IS PART-TIME (20+/- HOURS PER WEEK) AND IS LOCATED IN OUR VAIL, COLORADO HEADQUARTERS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Office management
    • Manage office presence to ensure it maintains a client-facing aesthetic by constantly keeping the office tidy, free of clutter and trash
      • Manage the daily outgoing and incoming shipments and shipping logistics
      • Manage FedEx billing account
      • Manage office supplies and office equipment
    • Manage employment acquisition and internal staff communications
      • Oversee all communication of company recruitment and administration processes
      • Maintain and manage Highline administrative email accounts
    • Assist with administrative coordination for Managing Partner
      • Oversee, organize and communicate internal conference and quarterly meetings
      • Oversee internal systems including but not limited to: Dropbox, Adobe Office Suite, Google Business and internal Highline accounts
      • Liaison between Highline departmental communication
      • Internal company special event and activity coordination
    • Assist with event operations
      • Support the production team in Vail with various project needs during Highline signature and locally-produced events

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years experience in administrative management
  • Previous experience in staff acquisition
  • Impeccable communication and organizational skills
  • Expert Multi-tasker
  • Ability to develop relationships and work as part of a cohesive team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and react to a fluctuating environment
