PARTNERSHIP FULFILLMENT AND ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are currently in search of a PARTNERSHIP FULFILLMENT AND ACCOUNT MANAGER to manage our growing portfolio of clients and their needs. The PARTNERSHIP FULFILLMENT AND ACCOUNT MANAGER is responsible for diving in headfirst and creating world-class experiences with all of our clients and partners. You will need to work as an intermediary between the strategic sales and operations teams to create a seamless experience. Strategic management, out of the box thinking that identifies areas for growth, impeccable internal and external communication skills, collaboration on partnership proposals as well as account / project management.

This position will be based in our Vail office, within steps of Vail Mountain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partnership Fulfillment
    • Coordinate fulfillment of all partner rights and benefits following sell in, at all Highline Signature Events:
      • Manage all communication with partners leading into events
      • Develop & implement Partner Handbooks for each event property outlining the fulfillment process for:
        • PR & Marketing
          • Creative asset management: Approvals / Timelines
            • Logo placement: signage, guidelines for use,
            • Print, collateral, website, merchandise etc.
          • Photo, video/content/data needs
        • On Site Integration, Branding, Activations & Promotions
        • VIP & Hospitality including Lodging
        • Coordinate return of assets as needed
  • Liaison between Marketing/Sales and Ops Team to ensure delivery of rights & benefits
    • Manage Partner relations on site in collaboration with Sales Team
    • Manage Partner needs during event (photo, video, data, social, etc.)
  • Invoicing/billing
  • Recapping/post event follow up
  • Design Services
    • Experience with graphic design, logo building, creative concepting
    • Ability to produce and layout design concepts
      • Development of general program concept
      • Presenting concepts through rough layouts that might include digital illustrations
      • Development of presentation materials and decks
      • Coordinate services with outside vendors if needed
    • Knowledge of the Adobe Suite of design
  • Local Vendor Sales
    • Responsible for outreach, closing and fulfillment of local partnerships for all Vail events including onboarding and management of restaurant and expo partners for Vail fall events
  • Town of Vail Special Events Commission Liaison
    • Recap/reporting above standard sponsorship/fulfillment

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years experience in event partnership fulfillment, sales and marketing
  • Extremely personable and outgoing
  • Ability to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Traditional and digital media experience
  • Independent, expert multi-tasker
  • Graphic design & layout skills with knowledge of Adobe Suite
  • Ability to manage budgets, travel, and a work-life-balance
  • Willing to work nontraditional hours
  • Moderate travel is required
