We are currently in search of a PARTNERSHIP FULFILLMENT AND ACCOUNT MANAGER WITH AT LEAST TWO YEARS SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE to manage our growing portfolio of clients and their needs. The PARTNERSHIP FULFILLMENT AND ACCOUNT MANAGER is responsible for creating world-class experiences with all of our clients and partners. You will need to work as an intermediary between the strategic sales and operations teams to create a seamless experience. Strategic management, out of the box thinking that identifies areas for growth, impeccable internal and external communication skills, collaboration on partnership proposals as well as account/project management.


WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR EVENT PRODUCTION IN THIS POSITION. This position will be based in our Vail office, within steps of Vail Mountain. Candidates are required to live in the Vail Valley.



  • Partnership Fulfillment
    • Coordinate fulfillment of all partner rights and benefits following sell in, at all Highline Events
      • Manage all communication with partners leading into events
      • Develop & implement Partner Handbooks for each event property outlining fulfillment processes for the following:
        • PR & Marketing
        • Creative asset management: Approvals / Timelines
        • On-Site Integration, Branding, Activations & Promotions
        • VIP & Hospitality
      • Liaison between Marketing/Sales and Ops Team to ensure delivery of rights & benefits
        • Manage Partner relations on-site in collaboration with Sales Team
        • Manage Partner needs during event (photo, video, data, social, etc.)
      • Invoicing/billing
      • Recapping/post event follow-up
    • Create marketing plans and execute all aspects of marketing from start to finish for Highline Signature Events, including grassroots, print, digital, social media, CRM/email and PR
    • Local Vendor Sales
      • Responsible for outreach and fulfillment of local partnerships for all Vail events including onboarding and management of restaurant and expo partners for Vail fall events
    • Town of Vail Special Events Commission Liaison
      • Recap/reporting above standard sponsorship/fulfillment



  • 3-5 years experience in event partnership fulfillment and marketing
  • Extremely personable and outgoing
  • Ability to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Traditional and digital media experience
  • Independent, expert multi-tasker
  • Ability to manage budgets, travel, and a work-life-balance
  • Willing to work non-traditional hours
  • Moderate travel is required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
