Vail Oktoberfest has been a longstanding tradition during Vail’s autumn season for more than 25 years. But in 2006, the Town of Vail sought an agency to rejuvenate Vail Oktoberfest.
Due to Highline’s creative expertise, sponsor engagement and world-class production, The Town of Vail tasked Highline with taking a fresh look to reinvent the annual festival.
Highline jumped in and has increase both attendance and sponsor revenue by further developing the festival focusing on increasing interactions (food, music, contests, traditional dance, vendors) as well as securing additional sponsors that enhance the overall festival experience.
Today, Highline sells in, coordinates, manages, markets and promotes more than 25 sponsor brands and vendors and attracts over 50K attendees over two weekends in September.
